Before diving deep into our topic let’s see what are the meanings of the terms emotions and intelligence and how they both are interlinked?

Emotions are actually the particular responses produced in a certain kind of situation. Humans experience emotions that are triggered in any kind of circumstance. For instance, if a person receives good news then he will be happy and happiness is an emotion. If a person is somehow in a situation that a lion is standing in front of that person then just think that what would be the condition of that person actually at that time he will be terrified, horrified so that’s also an emotion which is called fear.
In book : Discovering Psychology, authors Don H. Hockenbury and Sandra E. Hockenbury suggest that:
An emotion is a complex psychological state that involves three distinct components: a subjective experience, a physiological response, and a behavioral or expressive response.
According to experts subjective experience means that our emotions are multidimensional and diverse because emotions are experienced by every human irrespective of factors such as culture, creed or race etc. We don’t express pure form of our emotions because our emotions are labeled under broad terms or in a broad perspective of emotions.
The next component is basically all about physiological response.
Physiology is basically all about the functions of body and body parts. Physiological response means that whenever we face any kind of situation our body sends message to our brain and brain is the basic unit of our body which processes, analyzes the information and helps the body to produce a specific response. How we are able to fight in any type of affair well that’s how our brain coordinates with our body and produces specific responses. The last and most important component is behavioral response well behavior is depiction of your emotions and that varies from one person to another. Everyone behaves according to their own attributes.
